Return Policy

We hope that you'll love your new goodies but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn and unwashed, or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 15 days from the purchase date.

Original shipping costs are non- refundable.
A handling fee will apply to all refund requests.
For shoes returns, shoes must be in their shoe box and protected by outer packaging (such as a bigger box ) to avoid damage to the original shoe box.
We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition or are damaged (makeup stains on clothes, markings).
Refunds will go back to the original method of payment.
For U.S. customers: handling fee is waived when you select an exchange or store credit return.
